Takamine G Series
The headstock on this Takamine had been knocked off and an unsuccessful attempt made to repair it by the owner. I made a new headstock and applied a new logo, then scarf jointed the new headstock onto the original neck and re-sprayed it. The job took about a month to complete.

Gibson J45
Another headstock broken off. This customer had resisted handling the break so it made the repair very clean and the original headstock went back in place nicely. The neck was then re-sprayed. After a fret dress and set-up the guitar played beautifully.

John Birch
This John Birch had been used in the JB workshop as a test-bed for pickups and required a face lift. The old paint was removed and the guitar resprayed to the customer’s specification.

Gibson SG
A very common neck/headstock break which was glued, sanded and resprayed to match the original.

Mandolin
This mandolin came to me with a damaged front. I replaced the damaged area with a new piece of wood and then re-sprayed it.
